GREAT Paid Internship Opportunity

Great (paid) internship opportunity with  local beekeeper:

Paid internship based in Great Barrington, available immediately:  beekeeping, making beeswax and honey products for sale at the farmers’ market, tending herbs and ginger for sale at the market and helping with market days.  Looking for help 2-3 days per week after school, plus Saturdays and 20-30 hours/week during the summer. Job could extend to the next school year.  Must have license and transportation and be reliable about work commitments.  Starting pay:  $8.50/hour.  Skills that can be learned:  beekeeping, agriculture, some carpentry, baking, health regs applicable to farmers’ market, marketing, small business development and management.
