Berkshire Grown will host the third annual Holiday Farmers’ Markets, scheduled for Great Barrington on November 19, the Saturday before Thanksgiving and December 17th, the Saturday before Christmas. The Williamstown markets will take place on Sunday, November 20th and Saturday, December 17th.
Many components for holiday meals will be offered from farmers and artisan producers in the region including produce, cheese, eggs, meat, poultry, bread, pies and other baked goods, plus pickles and jams. Entertainment will feature live music at both venues and pre-order pickups will be available.
Holiday Farmers’ Markets will take place at the Williams College Field House on Latham Street (Williamstown) and the Muddy Brook Elementary School (Great Barrington), both from 10 am–2 pm. The events create a community marketplace to extend the season inviting community members to join in celebration of the wide array of farms and food producers available in the region.
