• Two part-time internship positions open at Earthborn Farm.  Earthborn Farm is a small market garden in Hillsdale NY, where owner Anne Banks raises vegetables, herbs and some flowers for market. Anne uses her Norwegian Fjord horses to work in the garden.  In exchange for work, interns will receive veggies and invaluable garden knowledge and experience.

• With Peter Murkett: Peter makes furniture at his small shop in Monterey, and is looking for a helper. You can see his work at www.newenglandmodern.com.  Shop experience is not necessarily a qualification. What counts most is a passion for making things, dexterity, mechanical common sense, and a solid work ethic.

• H20 Radio Show Assistant (WBCR).  Leslie Gabriel is seeking an assistant for his H2O Radio Show, "And So It Flows," at WBCR in GB.  This is a paid position – up to $15/hr.  Time commitment would entail around 10 hrs/wk.

• The show is one of the world's only radio shows dedicated to water.

  Job Description:

  • Set Up Interviews with H2O bigshot Guests – call, email and confirm.
  • Scout out new water related music – lots of cool tunes.
  • Manage Podcasting – including slight edits of MP3's and uploading the MP3's to podcast hosting site, assist in social networking of podcast.
